Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver engagements, issue invoices, improve the site, and meet legal accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four (24) months unless an engagement continues. Engagement files and invoices are retained as required by Korean commercial record rules, typically up to five (5) years. Cookie preference choices remain in your browser until cleared.
Processors & transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. If tools process data outside Korea, we assess safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
Your rights

Children
Services are directed to professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
