These terms govern use of infrastructure-automation.digital and related communications with our Busan practice.
Service description
infrastructure-automation provides application analytics advisory: instrumentation baselines, path measurement design, metrics studio days, and release review retainers. Website content is informational. This site does not process payments or host analytics software for you.
Acceptable use
You may browse pages, submit the contact form with accurate information, and request engagements in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volume, or submit malicious payloads through forms.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and brand marks belong to infrastructure-automation unless otherwise noted. Engagement deliverables (dictionaries, notes, recordings) are licensed to the client named on the invoice for internal use; redistribution requires written permission.
No warranties
We provide advisory guidance based on information you share. We do not warrant specific business outcomes, growth metrics, or uninterrupted website availability. Pricing shown on pages is informational and may change until confirmed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Korean law, liability for claims arising from website use or advisory work is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction over Busan may hear disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
